  • The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of MightyMeals, Mubadala Citi DC Open, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Initial FREE Entry:

  • Online Entry: Visit our Entry Form Page, sign up for Email & SMS notifications by entering your contact information (Phone number, and email address). Limit one entry per subscription.
  • Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your name, phone number, and email address on a 3″x5″ card and mail it to:

Additional Entries:

  • Purchase Entry: After submitting your initial entry, you will receive one additional entry for every $1 spent on MightyMeals orders made before August 6th at midnight. Refunded or cancelled orders will not count towards your final entry count.

The contest begins on June 27th and ends on August 6th. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the end date. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end date and received within 5 days thereafter.

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on August 29th.
  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • One (1) Grand Prize: $10,000 cash.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the drawing date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to reply within 48 hours, or fails to provide any requested information within the specified time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

General Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Release and Limitation of Liability

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or receipt or use of the prize.
