How to Meal Prep for MightyMeals 30 Day Challenge

By: Erica Jade

MightyMeals makes it easy to prep healthy meals for our MightyMeals 30 Day Challenge & Reward. We offer over 100 high-quality, healthy meals, snacks, and a la carte items that are easy to search for by dietary preferences, restrictions, protein type, macronutrient counts, or diet.

When you start planning meals for our 30 Day Health & Wellness Challenge, the first place to begin is to learn how to count macros for YOUR personal dietary needs and preferences (if you haven’t learned this already). Why? I think Chase McKesey says it best.

“Most importantly, counting macros will teach you the contents of different foods. Learning this will teach you to intuitively balance your diet and enable you to live a life free of tracking, logging, and weighing food. Understanding what you’re eating rather than simply eating what a diet tells you to is the key to a good relationship with food. Last but not least, counting macros just flat out works.” – Chase McKesey, Founder of TrophyBody Personal Training, and Gym Owner at Sweat DC.

Step 1 Your first step in learning how to use macros to help you lose weight or meet other healthy dietary goals is to get information from qualified sources, such as Chase. His Macros 101 blog is full of expert advice and instructions on learning how to count macros to find what meals and foods are best for your current weight, your goal weight, and healthy eating goals.

Step 2 Your second step is to plan your meals, food, and snacks for weight loss or other healthy goals for the New Year. Use your personal macronutrient breakdown that you found in step 1 to plan the meals and foods for the week by cooking or prepping them on your own or by ordering them through MightyMeals.

REMINDER: For this challenge, you need to order at least once a week (no order minimum). The MightyMeals 30 Day Challenge & Reward is available to every MightyMeals customer to participate in one time.

When you order meals from MightyMeals you can use our macro filter to find the exact meals to fit your personal meal plan. It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Go to the MightyMeals menu page:
  2. Click on “Macros” & enter your macro counts per meal.
  3. Select meals from the ones that match your macro meal plan.

With easy-to-navigate product filters, you can narrow down exactly what types of meals you’re looking for, which will save you loads of time. You can select meals based on product type, protein type, macros, diet, and even dietary restrictions!

Chase has created a great resource for macro meal plans on his blog: Sample Macronutrient Meal Plans for a High-Carb, Low-Carb, or Keto Diet.

You can also find curated meal plans from our nutrition experts, coaches, influencers, and ambassadors on our blog.

I love being able to place my freshly prepared meal orders in advance, up to two weeks! I can also get them delivered four times a week (in most delivery areas). This makes it a lot easier to plan healthy meals, especially during a 30 day challenge. Select the dates you want your meals delivered during the checkout process. (Note: If a delivery date isn’t available that means it’s at full capacity, or deliveries are closed that day due to a holiday or other important date.)

Good luck in the challenge!
