Your first task will be to sign up for Motivational Texts we will send you every morning with a link to complete that day’s task! You will need to complete a fun, simple, & achievable task for each of the 30 days of the challenge.

• The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of MightyMeals, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Sign-up for the challenge will take place December 1, 2024 – January 28, 2025. The contest begins on January 2, 2025 and ends on February 28. All of the daily challenges must be completed by 11:59 PM EST on the end date.

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on March 27, 2025 (we have extended the announcement from March 1st to March 28th).
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and upon the completion of all 30 day challenge tasks.

• One (1) Grand Prize: $10,000 cash.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• One (1) $50 MightyMeals Gift Card
  • All participants will receive a $50 MightyMeals Gift Card upon completion of all 30 day challenges.

The potential winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to reply within 48 hours, or fails to provide any requested information within the specified time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or receipt or use of the prize.

• The contest is governed by the laws of the United States and is void where prohibited by law.
